His expertise spans ontology engineering, knowledge graphs, RDF/OWL, SPARQL, and semantic data integration: the full stack that makes complex, fragmented data meaningful and machine-readable. At Graphwise, Vladimir leads the technical vision behind Talk2PowerSystem, applying semantic web principles to make power system models truly accessible through natural language.
